• PDA (when u log on to your computer)
• PDA alerts
• It is interesting to note that one way of
  defining AI is by saying that it is the subfield
  of computer science which aims to construct
  agents that exhibit aspects of intelligent
  behavior

What is an Agent?

• A weak notion of agency Agent can be defined by
  the following properties
• Autonomy
• Social ability
• Reactivity
• Pro-activeness
• Example - Softbot interacts software environment
  by issuing commands and taking the feedback.

• A stronger notion of agency In general the agent
  is supposed to have more than above, they are
  supposed to have also, the emotional
  feelings(similar to humans) like knowledge,
  belief, intention, and obligation.
• Other attributes These attributes are also
  considered to categorize agents
• Mobility
• Veracity
• Benevolence Agents do not have conflicting goals
• Rationality Agents will act in order to achieve
  goals
