  required ICT skills through proper guidance and
  training.

order to cover their needs. In the UK, 63 of
the people employed in ICT do not possess a
computer-related degree.(eSkills Bulletin, Issue
5, May 2003) Despite the above, Change2IT is the
first service worldwide that aims to assist
Alternative Workforce in their career progression
and in finding a job in ICT.
