• Directions
• Your job is to create a bumper sticker, complete
  with a slogan that describes the theme or message
  of the novelette.
• Be creative!! You can incorporate pictures into
  your slogan.
• You also must include a written explanation of
  what your bumper sticker and slogan means and how
  you came up with the slogan. This should be at
  least one paragraph.
• Oral presentation You will then present your
  slogan to the class along with your bumper
  sticker. You and your partner must share the
  speaking while presenting.

• I chose the slogan Dont Lie! Or youll get
  sucked along in the current of guilt. I chose
  this because it fits in very well with the theme
  of the book, Blackwater, since two teens were
  drowned in a river, and the other two who saw
  what happened lied about it. I think it really
  illustrates how Brody felt when he kept lying. -
