• Professions of Faith- 5 annual growth in number
  of churches having at least one profession of
  faith, increasing to 75 of all churches
• Worship Attendance- net gain in worship
  attendance of 1000 in 2007. Annul net gain of 800
  thereafter.

• Hands-on Mission- Annually increase percentage of
  members per church involved in hand-on mission.
• Connectional Generosity- Improve percentage of
  Annual Conference apportionments paid by churches
  by 0.75 each year, reaching 95 by 2010.
