• ARTICLE XI ELECTIONS AND PROCEDURES
• 9. A candidate is considered elected if she/he
  receives a quorum of the eligible voting
  membership from the votes cast. (A quorum shall
  be defined as two thirds (2/3).)
• 10. In the event that no candidate receives a
  quorum of votes, a standoff election between the
  top two vote recipients will be held. The
  candidate who receives a simple majority shall be
  declared the winner. (Absentee ballots will not
  be counted in standoff elections.)
