  • Provide tools to help Identify and analyze
    applications that may be questionable.

Essential Functionality of Automated Licensing
Systems
  • Ability to enter new data easily.
  • Data on companies and goods must be preserved for
    re-use.
  • Reentering information is too time-consuming and
    expensive.
  • An alert system to direct attention to
    questionable information.
  • Ability to share information with others
  • Preferably, electronic referral of cases to other
    offices or agencies for information, analysis or
    opinions.
  • Tools to allow analysis of information and create
    reports from that information.
  • Domestic and international reporting requirements
  • An integrated system for producing licenses and
    other essential documentation.

    country

    system.

    requirements
