Addendum to Syllabus

• Five or six times in the semester you will be
  asked to do a short written assignment related to
  the readings. It is required that at least 90 of
  the class turn in the assignment. I will only
  spot read them, but I will count the assignments
  turned in. If at any time less than 90 turn in
  an assignment, those who do not will have 2
  points deducted from their 340 point totals.

7.1

• Most frontline workers draw on both the state
  agent narrative and the citizen agent narrative
  in their decision-making.
• Word-process a paragraph or two defining and
  illustrating the two narratives at work, drawing
  upon your reading and Story 7.1.
