Engineering Ethics

• Please be aware that ALL undergraduate and
  postgraduate students (both taught and by
  research) undertaking a project must complete
  an academic ethics form whether this is the
  disclaimer, fast track or full application.
•  
• Copies of the forms are attached for information
  and are also available from the Faculty
  website together with notes for guidance and
  sample consent and information sheets at
  http//http//www.fcet.staffs.ac.uk/current_studen
  ts/academic_ethics.htm    Please note that a risk
  assessment form aimed at film students will be
  available shortly.  The forms are also available
  from the University's website at  http//www.staff
  s.ac.uk/academic_ethics/index.php

• Completed forms will require signature(s) from
  the academic supervisors indicating that, from
  the information available, ethical matters have
  been given consideration.   The completed form
  should be submitted to either K266, the Faculty
  reception point in the Octagon Building for all
  Stafford based students or to room B159 in the
  Brindley Building at Stoke for all Stoke based
  students.  The Faculty is required to retain all
  academic ethical applications in accordance with
  the archiving policy.
