parameters, and appropriate supervision (rating
scheme) for all career staff employees with
supervisory or non-supervisory roles at Valencia
Community College.

Mission Justification
The implementation of the new Employee
Evaluation System (EES) will enhance the
organizational culture of Valencia Community
College by ensuring employees perform at their
maximum potential. The EES will ensure employees
are evaluated with equal parameters, receive
professional development opportunities, and
appropriate counseling maintaining the employee
focused in his professional growth,
organizational commitment, and personal goals.
