• First make sure to be courteous and kind to the
  customer.
• Next, listen to the customers demands on how
  they want their sandwich prepared.

Selecting the Bread

• Make sure the bread is fresh at all times and
  ready to be consumed.
• Listen to the customer and us the choice of bread
  they want (i.e. roll,club roll, hero roll,
  various types of bread)

A Few Choices for Sandwich Filling

• Ham
• Turkey
• Roast Beef
• Chicken Cutlets (Grilled or Breaded)
• Salami
• Liverwurst
• Pastrami

Sandwich Toppers

• Lettuce
• Tomato
• Bacon
• Onion
• Cheese (various types)
• Condiments (OilVinegar, Mustard,Mayo, etc.)

The Final Product

• After the sandwich has been completed to the
  satisfaction of the customer, it is ready to be
  consumed.
