  • There to support individuals, a maximum of 4
  • Brief new adults about the Adult Training Scheme.
  • Help them create a Personal Learning Plan
    identifying which modules they need.
  • Validate modules for participants as appropriate.
  • Meet regularly with each individual to support
    and encourage them in completing their training

  • Experience of Scouting
  • Interest in supporting Leaders learning
  • Complete Module 25 (Assessing Training)
  • half day module
  • Can be an existing Leader in the District
  • Could be Fellowship or a retired Scouter
