• Objective To up-convert a 16Mhz frequency to GSM
  for transmission
• Background This is used for all kinds of radio
  transmission including but not limited to
  cellular phones and radios.
• Approach Researched previously built
  up-converters in order to perfect their mistakes,
  as well as meet the necessary specifications of
  our design through testing and analysis.

• Output of system
• Conclusion Design is close to meeting all
  specifications and providing an output within the
  GSM band of 925-960Mhz, more testing is needed.
