  systematic fabrication and finishing work for

Water Jet Cutting

• CNC Water Jet cutting USA technology - has 6000
  psi output.
• Capable of cutting up to 60 mm stainless steel.
• The machine supports a variety of nozzle sizes to
  control the cutting tolerance and speed.

Laser Cutting

• CNC Laser Cutting machine 6000 Walt USA
  technology.
• Capable to cut Stainless Steel, Mild steel,
  Aluminum , Brass, etc.
• The cutting speed is very high in comparison to
  other cutting process.
• Has two palettes working area that automatically
  change after completing cutting.

Plasma Cutting

• CNC Plasma cutting machine Italian technology.
• When mounted on the KUKA Robot, the machine can
  do massive production.
• It is capable of cutting in 3D mode.
• It can cut mild steel flanges, brackets, strips,
  tubes, and all kinds of sections (Angles, L
  profile, T and Rectangular profile) with high
  speed, accuracy and low cost.
• In addition to that, there are a number of power
  saws and metal power-cutting guillotine systems.

NC Shearing / Cutting

• NC shearing machine very powerful machine to cut
  stainless steel, mild steel and aluminum sheets.
• In case of massive production, the robots arms
  could run the production by loading the sheets
  into the machine and control the cutting.
• In addition to this the factory is full equipped
  with shearing machines, manual plasma cutting and
  oxygen plasma cutting.

Mig Welding

• Mounted on the KUKA robots, it is capable to make
  welding starting from 1.00 mm , 1.2 mm and 1.6 mm
  filling wire diameter.
• The welding could be straight (up to 2.8 meter)
  or circular.
• Welding could be done on 3D space with high
  accuracy.
• Welding could be done for Mild steels, and
  stainless steel with complete filling and high
  quality.

Tig Welding

• Tig welding very fine and smooth way of welding
• Tig welding is fully automated by the Robots with
  high ability to control the welding dimensions.
• Tig welding could be done for aluminum and
  stainless steel, in straight or circular pattern
  with high accuracy.

Milling

• CNC milling machine capable to perform milling
  and drilling for a variety of materials and
  thicknesses with high accuracy and optimized
  speed.
• It could machine pipes, flat bars, metal strips,
  .etc up to 3.6 meters.

Turning

• CNC turning machine is fully automated.
• It can run massive production i.e. handrail
  stainless steel brackets.
• The shape could vary from curved, straight and
  high smooth corner.

Bending

• There are 2 NC bending machines capable of
  bending up 12mm sheet thickness and up to 1mm
  corner bending.
• Machines are capable of bending a lot of special
  steel profiles.
• For massive production, the special Robots could
  make the bending with high accuracy and very fast
  speed.
• NC Sheet Bending Shearing machines are Turkish
  technology.
• Pipe / Rod Bending machine are Italian technology
  Machines.

Painting

• The factory has automated painting room - 8m x 6m
  equipped with spray booth for painting any kind
  of perforated sheets or fabricated items.
• The painting room has controlled temperature
  furnace up to 200c degree to control the drying
  process.
• With special adjustments, the painting room could
  be run fully by the robot (painting, and handling)

Other Machinery

• Rolling
• There are 3 NC rolling machine to roll different
  type of metal sheets up to 12mm thickness and
  form cylindrical items starting from 10 cm
  diameters.
• Polishing
• NC polish machine Italian technology - capable
  to polish sheets, flat bars and fabricated items
  automatically.
• Looser machine German technology.
• Etching
• Laser Etching Machine (CNC) German technology.
• Pressing
• Power / Hydraulic press and Stamping machines.
