• Produced from a special grade of Polypropylene
  and other chemicals
• Able to carry from 500kg to 2000kg of high
  density materials e.g. sand, gravel, etc.
• Enable bulk packaging for quick loading and
  unloading with the help of fork lifters
• Production is a highly labor intensive process,
  which is why these are produced in developing
  countries with cheap labor but used mostly in
  developed economies

  US 20 billion to US 25 billion annually
• Most common users of FIBCs are construction
  companies in Europe and North America
• China, India and Turkey are the three leading
  FIBC producing and exporting nations
• In Pakistan, there are two manufacturers of jumbo
  bags one integrated and other imports PVC
  fabric
• Necessary to establish sales offices in major
  European countries
• A 5000 tpa (tonne / annum) capacity FIBC plant
  will be suitable initially

  (FIBCs) from Pakistan
• The project may be located in Hattar, Central
  Punjab, Karachi or where ever labor and other
  facilities are abundantly available.
