Fill Rate Process

• Govt record shall be official record
• Monthly reconciliation of Govt and prime vendor
  reports
• Fill rate cases delivered / cases ordered
• Catch Weight items rounded to nearest pound
• Catch Weight MUST have AVG in P0404
• No line item will have a fill-rate greater than
  100
• Substitutions
• 0 fill against original line
• Applicable fill rate against substitute line
• Fill rate exceptions should be provided to PCO
  immediately
