The Past

• GeoMOOSE started as a web-based GIS application
  at the City of Saint Paul called GISmo.
• GISmo was renamed and published on SourceForge as
  GeoMOOSE
• The OpenMNND project worked with the City and
  other developers to further the application along
  and make it more useful to more organizations.
