• Tsubasa is run off IRC/mIRC, on server
  ChatCircuit in channel tsubasa.
• There is also a message board for the game which

The World

• The world is our own, several hundreds of years
  later. An Apocalyptic catastrophe has occurred,
  destroying much of the Human civilization that
  existed before.
• Human beings came to the brink of extinction, but
  slowly they pulled themselves back, though to
  nowhere near the levels they had existed at
  before.

• It was in these dark days that the other species
  of Earth began to re-emerge the Vampires, the
  Shapeshifters, the Faeries, and the Elves.
• At the same time, Angels (Gods) and Demons
  started to show themselves among the other races.

The War

• The War between the Angels and the Demons will
  decide the fate of the planet. To the victor goes
  the spoils, and to the loser, there is nothing in
  defeat.
• The War began right after these two groups
  appearance. The sides are nearly evenly matched,
  so neither side really has an advantage.
  Sometimes favor swings towards the Angels,
  sometimes towards the Demons.

• The other races rest between these two great
  armies, and their fates depend on which side
  triumphs. No race hangs more in the balance than
  Humans. Seen as nothing more than inconsequential
  by both sides, the Humans only hope is that the
  Angels will win the war or both will die in the
  attempt.

• The Angels see humans as equal to or less than
  animals, to be ignored unless they are underfoot.
• The Demons, on the other hand, would like to
  exterminate all the other races, including and
  especially the Humans, with their large numbers.

• As the War goes on and on, the balance shifts
  back and forth between the Angels and the Demons.
  During a recent shift, the Demons came into
  power, and they began to systematically destroy
  the other races. Their attention turned first to
  the oldest of the races, after the Demons
  themselves and the Angels.

• Already the Elves and the Faeries numbers are
  dwindling from the genocide committed on their
  peoples.
• With the Fey Folk dying out, the Demons have
  turned their attention to the Humans.
• The Demons have already destroyed one of the
  Humans major remaining cities, killing all its
  inhabitants.
