• We are planting trees in our school grounds to
  regenerate the environment.

• We look after the wetlands in our school grounds.
  This was dry a few days ago and now has water
  again. The frogs and water birds have come back.
  We use the swamp for our studies of the
  ecosystem.

• Our school looks after a Landcare site along the
  Mitchell River. We plant trees and keep the area
  clean.

• We look after the river so we can enjoy it for
  recreation. The trees we plant provide a home for
  birds.
