TROOP 27 RECRUITMENT
Earn "recruitment points" for assisting with any
recruitment activity (1 point per hour), bringing
a friend to a meeting (3 points) , bringing a
friend to an outing (5 points), or if someone
joins the troop due to your efforts (10 points)!
Awards (really cool stuff donated by a local
business) will be given out at the April Court of
Honor based on the number of points you earn
during the year. Also, earn the Recruitment Patch
from the BSA! The more boys in our troop, the
more fun we can have!!!!!!! If you have any
recruitment ideas, or if you have participated in
any type of recruitment effort, write to
maarthur_at_att.net so we can award your
points! FUNDRAISERS Aluminum
Recycling This is an ongoing project. Please
save and CRUSH your cans. Bring them to the
Scout meetings Monday nights. All Scouts
benefit from the fundraisers. Every Scout has an
opportunity to build credits in his personal
Scout account to use toward summer camp. The
money is also used to support additional camping
trips and events during the year. It is realized
that everyone is not able to sell everything,
that is why a variety of fundraisers are
available during the year. Please try to do what
you can to support your troop!
