If we have a negative exponent , the negative
means MOVE
If it is the numerator (TOP), move it to the
denominator(BOTTOM).
If it is the denominator(BOTTOM), move it to the
numerator (TOP).

Special Exponents

• 1st power or power of 1
• Something raise to the first power is itself
• If there is no power written, it is understood
  that it is a power of 1
• Power of zero
• Anything, except zero itself, that is raised to
  the 0 power 1
