• Updating Personal Details This is your personal
  databank where you will find your name, address
  etc. Incase you want to change any of these
  details you can write to us or to your Company
  Representative .

Exercise Now
Exercise Now You can view your ESOS data online
by clicking on Exercise Now. This will give you
the total number of options vested which can be
exercised.

• Select the options you want to exercise
• Click on the Confirm Exercise button
• Generate and print the exercise form and the
  exercise report and submit it to your ESOP
  Administrator along with the following documents
• DD/Cheque of requisite amount.
• The Exercise Form and Report is available for
  printing under Reports- Exercise Details
• You can view the options exercised under
  Reports- Vesting Schedule Report and Reports-
  Options Exercised Report as Options Pending for
  Approval
• The options shall reflect under Options Exercised
  on receiving a confirmation from the Company

You can view Various Reports My ESOP at a
Glance, Options Vesting Schedule Report, Options
Summary Report, Options Value Report, Termination
Details, Options Exercised Report For Example
Option Summary Report that gives the Summary of
the ESOP Account with the details of the Scheme,
Grant Details, Option Details etc.

Reports
Gives the Summation of all the ESOPs -Granted,
Vested, Unvested, Lapsed, Cancelled as on the
date this is viewed. In short it gives you the
balance in your account At a Glance!
My ESOS at A Glance
Options Exercised
Gives the details of all the option exercised by
you
You have to enter the termination date here to
get the status of your ESOP account as on the
day you choose to leave the company.This report
would highlight the worth of the options that you
would lose if you choose to leave the company.
Termination Details
Gives the details of the options vested in your
ESOP Account as on the day you view this screen.
You will be able to know the exact options that
you can exercise and convert into shares at any
given time.
