Conclusions

• HuMax-CD20 has a favorable safety profile
• Maximum tolerated dose was not reached
• Rapid and sustained leukemic B-cell depletion in
  the highest dose group
• Clinical efficacy in highest dose group
• Data strongly supports further development of
