Care not Killing
Care not Killing is a new Alliance bringing
together human rights groups, healthcare groups,
palliative care groups, faith-based organisations
and concerned individuals. We seek to promote
more and better palliative care, and to oppose
moves to legalise assisted suicide and euthanasia.

The truth is that we all have a right to die
with dignity, which means being given good
palliative care and pain relief. What the
supporters of euthanasia are really arguing for
is not the right to die with dignity, but the
right to be killed. They are demanding of
doctors that they become killers. Archbishop
