• Mr. Doug McClelland, president of Mound Technical
  Solutions, began his career working in support of
  tritium (radioactive isotope of hydrogen)
  operations at the Department of Energys Mound
  Laboratory in Miamisburg, Ohio. His projects
  included design and production oversight of
  tritium measurement instrumentation. Other
  projects included automated testers for weapons
  component evaluation, and gaseous and aqueous
  tritium recovery and containment systems. After
  leaving the DOE, he served in two private
  ventures involved with the development and
  commercialization of tritium equipment. Mr.
  McClelland co-founded Mound Technical Solutions
  in March of 1996. At MoundTech, he has lead the
  development of a newly introduced line of fuel
  cell test instrumentation.
