Bidding Instructions

• Click on Auction button top right corner of main
  OASIS screen
• Click on DEMO Auction May 26, 2006
• Enter relevant data points necessary to request
  capacity.
• You must specify
• Receipt and Delivery points
• Term
• are willing to accept partial term and/or
  capacity
• price in /kw-month

More Bidding Instructions

• The bidder may also enter any comments that may
  qualify or enhance their their bid.
• Bids must be submitted before the close of the
  auction period.
• Bids will be evaluated on the basis of present
  value of the revenue on a per megawatt basis.
• Bids will also be evaluated on their overall
  quality.

More Bidding Instructions

• Invenergy has a right walk away from their bid
  at any time without cost prior to Dec. 31, 2006
• MATL will value bids that do not contain any off
  ramps higher than bids that require the same
  Dec. 31/06 off ramp as that contained in
  Invenergys request.
• MATL will also take into account the degree of
  credit provided by the shipper.
