• The Facilities Department, comprised of
  Maintenance, Grounds Custodial personnel is
  responsible for providing a clean, safe,
  functioning environment in which to educate our
  students.
• This is accomplished through a computerized work
  order maintenance management system called
  Maintenance Direct by School Dude.

Work Orders Begin At The Site!

Classifications

• Emergency a situation that poses an imminent
  threat of bodily injury, damage to facilities, or
  failure of vital systems.
• Safety poses potential threat of injury,
  illness or property damage.
• High repairs to critical systems buildings.
  Warrants rapid response to evaluate determine
  corrective action.
• Medium repairs improvements that can be
  scheduled.
• Low aesthetic, cosmetic or convenience items.

Tracking Work Orders

• Each school site has the ability to review the
  status of their work orders.
• Contact your site Administrative Secretary or
  your School Plant Supervisor with your request.
• Please notate the WO number assigned for easy
  access.
• Call Facilities Dept. for status update, at
  extension 5401.
