• Article III refers to the federal court system.
  It basically states that the Supreme court has
  the power to make final decisions on matters of
  federal law. The Supreme court is consisted of
  nine member who are appointed by the President
  with a majority of the Senates consent.

  consist only in levying War against them, or in
  adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and
  comfort
