• Cesar Pelli is an architect and educator. He was
  born in 1926 in Argentina and is still alive
  today. He immigrated to the U.S.A. in 1952.
• One of his more prominent commissions is the
  World Financial Center in Battery Park City.
• -Gerald Brommer.

• Cesar Pelli designed the World Financial Center
  in 1988. Its located in battery park, New York.
• He also designed the Kuala Lumpur City Center in
  1988. It was completed in 1996. Both of these
  buildings were some of Pellis award winning
  achievements.

• Cesar Pelli was influenced by a man named Eero
  Saarinen another architect who did 20th Century
  Architecture.

• He has a long-standing interest in Urban
  environment.
• His interest made him a logical candidate for
  design for urban construction.
