- The project has been fully operational since
February 2009, officially launched in May 2009 - Computer-training materials in Tajik provided
- Other remedial education materials are being
developed, to be available through a portal
already designed. All materials will be available
in 3 languages Tajik, Russian and English - Training materials on operation, maintenance are
being designed and translated, will be available

- School children use the Internet for
communication, creating their own web pages - Teacher use the Internet for research
- Working on obtaining commercial license to allow
the school to sell Internet time - The only Internet access in the whole region
(30-40 km) - Researching possibilities to extend the network
to give access to other users (local government,
health institutions, banks, private business).
