Fund Manager provides the interface between
ProTracts and FFIS for recording and
communicating financial transaction requests and
action.

- Fund Manager provides the necessary processing
records for interfacing with the Farm Service
Agencys eligibility files, adjusted gross income
records, EQIP payment limitations, and the
National Finance Centers vendor records
system. - ALSO..
- Fund Manager transfers data from ProTracts to
FFIS and returns data from FFIS to ProTracts.
4FUND MANAGER HOW DO WE ACCESS THIS TOOL?
Fund Manager can be accessed through the
my.nrcs.usda.gov website.
Once you have entered your login information, you
can click on the FIELD TOOLS tab, Then click on
the Fund Manager Block.

you want to view for example
6INDIAN OCEAN WEBSITE
The Indian Ocean Website is a tool to be used in
verifying eligibility and troubleshooting
eligibility issues.
- It allows access to FSAs SCIMS database
- You can use the Indian Ocean Website to verify
the eligibility of the applicant(s) applying
for any of the Farm Bill Programs. - Printouts can be done for documentation in the
file. - A Subsidiary report can be run for multiple
years to aid in finding discrepancies against
the MabDig reports and resolving any
eligibility issues.

You can access the Indian Ocean Website through

v.usda.gov/Subsidiary/Subsidiary.do This will
take you to the following screen(s)

Click on the eligibility box This will prompt you
to put in your login information

you to the login screen

This will then take you to the FSA Subsidiary
File in which you can click on the Eligibility
tab

Click on the drop down box and select your
state You can either search by tax id or by
name After you have entered your information
click on Search

This will give you a list of names if there are
more than one. Click on the appropriate name

This will give you the eligibility information
that FSA has loaded into their System 36 If you
want to view a prior year, click on the drop down
box by the year and select the appropriate year.

To view the Subsidiary Print file, click on the
Subsidiary Print tab Here you can select the
years you want to view and also the fields you
want printed.

This will give you a condensed version of the
Eligibility screen with the potential for
multiple year viewing. This is also an excellent
tool to use when looking for discrepancies in
eligibility with the MabDig report.

MabDig reports are reports that are generated by
FSAs System 36 They give you all producer
information that has been loaded in their system
ie., name/address payment limitation
tract information combined producer
information permitted entity information
control county/multiple county information
Multiple year (6 years) eligbility information

MabDig reports are reports that are requested
when there is a problem with eligibility that
needs to be corrected. These reports are verified
against the Subsidiary Print information that
is loaded in the Indian Ocean Website which is
a part of FSAs System 36 Software.
20MabDig Reports
Things to verify against the MabDig and
Subsidiary Print File for conformancy. Type
Code on MabDig matches the Subsidiary Print
File If a corporation, trust, LLC, make sure
there is data in the Permitted Entity/Joint
Operation Member Information and the Permitted
Entity/Entity Information Section on the MabDig
report. (This is where it is broken down to the
person level.) Verify that Account Shares do not
total more or less than 100. This should always

MabDig and Subsidiary Print File.
21Verify Type Code is the same on both the MabDig
and the Subsidiary Print File are the same.
You will need your Matrix to see what the Type
Code is.
