Benefits

• Develop/maintain database of reliability testing
  on area array packages (coordinate with JPL).
• Develop tools to assist in AAP implementation.
• Maintain status of who is doing testing on area
  array packages.
• Provide AAP information (data, POCs, etc.)
  on-line (coordinate with Auburn and GSFC)

• Ensure that reliability data is accessible to
  NASA.
• Provide up-to-date information on AAPs.
• Facilitate dialog among individuals within NASA
  and industry cognizant of issues related to
  implementation of AAPs in a space environment.

Deliverables

• Web-site containing test data, points of contact,
  tests planned, modeling tools, and guidelines to
  include JSC implementation guide as appendix.
