Starting from

• The Energy Strategy for Bulgaria adopted in 2002,
  the Energy Act and the EE Act (both to be amended
  by this year).
• This Twinning Project will contribute to provide
  the adequate, effective and up-to-date
  instruments and knowledge in accordance with the
  Agencys functions, using the best from Italian
  experience.
