  • By laws Article 2 Section 9. Quorum. The
    presence, in person or by proxy, of Owners
    holding at least twenty-five percent (25) of the
    total eligible Association vote shall constitute
    a quorum at all meetings of the Association.

2008 Changes
  • Covenants Change Article VII, Section 16
  • All rubbish (defined as any trash or items set
    out for Tuesday trash pick-up that does not go in
    the garbage can, i.e grass clippings, boxes, tree
    limbs, etc..) can be set out no earlier than 72
    hrs prior to scheduled pick-up. If the items are
    not picked up when scheduled, then they must be
    removed from the street by 1000 PM on the same
    day.
  • Garbage Cans can be set out for pick-up no
    earlier than 600 PM on the night before
    scheduled garbage pick-up and must be removed
    from the street no later than 1000 PM on the day
    of scheduled pick-up.
