  • Proverb Life is a do-it-myself project. I take
    the credit or blame for my performance.

    effects in his or her life. They realize they
    personally have the power to take control of more
    aspects of their life, both mental and physical.

  • Self-talk Of course I can do it! Ive practiced
    it mentally a 1000 times!

  • Positive self-discipline is the ability to
    practice within. Winners are the masters of the
    art of simulation. Like astronauts, champion
    athletes, great stage performers, winners
    practice flawless techniques in their mind again
    and again.

    Recognizing their own uniqueness, they develop
    and maintain their own high standards.
