Clinical details

• 35 Year old Fijian female
• H/o prolonged fever, night sweats, dyspnoea, not
  responding to multiple antibiotics. (Gentamycin,
  cloxacilin)
• Bilateral pleural effusion, more on right
• Pleural aspiratrion biopsy done.

Clinical details

• ESR 90mm, no anemia,
• Pleural effusion exudate, high protein, few
  lymphocytes. AFB negative.
• Pleural Biopsy done.
