• Project is focused to develop a real innovation
  (not a generic research project).
  Innovation a commercially successful idea.
• Plan well a head. Look for the Call deadlines at
  Euripides web-page http//www.euripides-eureka.eu/
  . However Project Overview (PO) can be prepared
  in a few days if a good idea and right partners
  are already know.
• Project is participated only by necessary key
  players, minimum 2 partners from two countries
  (one country's share max 66 ). However, some
  national authorities have additional
  requirements, e.g., in Finland two companies are
  required with a research institute. Contact your
  National Authority representatives. Ask your
  partner to do so also.
• When selecting partners, consider how well their
  home country is willing to support
  Eureka/Euripides projects (look next page for
  information)
• Main steps in creating a Euripides project
• Fill Project Overview (PO) 10 to 20 pages
• Contact your National Authority representative
  parallel in preparing the PO.
• Euripides Technical Evaluation Council (TEC)
  reviews theses
• Following TEC comments, Full Project Proposal
  (FPP) is prepared and submitted
• TEC will prepare an evaluation report, the
  Euripides Council makes a decision and if
  everything is ok, gives the Euripides Label.
• Application to the national funding agency is
  made. Usually this is simple, using the already
  existing project information.
