Situation with MIS systems

• P scales can be entered in Phoenix and SIMS
  Autumn release but need Spring release to send
• RM release expected end of May
• Facility software also expected later this month
• Test files available by end of May
• Decision to go with CTF after end to end testing
• AM5 users provided with spreadsheet
• Spreadsheet for school with no MIS
• Support materials etc on Teachernet - S2S page

FSP e-profile

• Surname intended to be legal surname
• Problems importing e-profile files into MIS if
  preferred surname has been entered by school
• Export from MIS of personal details prevents this
