The concept of Credit Union House took shape
during the campaign to enact the Credit Union
Membership Access Act, HR 1151.This vision was
the beginning of a giant step in credit union
history.

Credit Union House
Envisioned by CUNA President Dan Mica as a
meeting and work facility, Credit Union House has
become a permanent credit union presence in the
heart of the nations capitol.

Credit Union House is a partnership, spearheaded
by AACUL, between CUNA and the state leagues.
It is a perfect example of our three-tiered
system working together.

Videoconferencing Videoconferencing provides a
wonderful opportunity for credit union groups to
meet face to face with their Members of Congress
in Washington, DC without leaving their home
state. In addition, videoconferencing provides
a way to hold meetings between multiple
locations. By taking advantage of this new
technology, the credit union community is making
a powerful impression on Capitol Hill.
