- Available in eight different ProQuest formats
- Available in three COUNTER formats
- Available as HTML or Excel compatible delimited
files - Can be emailed
- Can be scheduled

predetermined intervals - Consortium Administrators can view usage
statistics for multiple libraries within the EPIC
membership group

- The administrator for EPIC can view the
statistics for every account within the EPIC
Membership group - These can be viewed all together or individually
- The individual member library administrators e.g
Hutt City Libraries can view their own statistics
- The individual member administrators

- Account preference settings allow administrators
to - Add branding
- Change the default login options e.g. set the
advanced search page as the default homepage

- Accounts preferences for a single account can
only be changed by the direct account
administrator i.e. it is not possible for a
higher level administrator to change account
preferences for a lower level account - All accounts can have separate interface settings
if required.

- View which titles are available in your
collections - Download a title list in various formats
including Excel and HTML and MARC - Request information about your collection
including embargo dates and full text dates (from
to)

18CrossLinks and Holdings
- Applying CrossLinks to ProQuest titles allows you
to link from citations in ProQuest to other
sources of full text including - OPACs
- Web pages
- Full text in other databases
- A-Z lists

CrossLinks appear when the relevant full text is
not available in ProQuest.

Clicking the crosslink will take the user to the
full text in another resource
21LAD Assistants
- It is possible to create assistant accounts
within the LAD. These assistants will have
limited access to the LAD - E.g. A usage administrator will only be able to
view and download usage statistics
