  • To support the overall team effort and long term
    goals of ThinkBox Media

  • Our primary responsibility is to the Parent and
    Child. Everything else is in support of this
    relationship.
  • Practice Emotional Intelligence

    them. Be assertive, but respect the
    chain-of-command.

  • Time is of the essence. When in doubt, act, but
    provide for an emergency exit. Excellence cannot
    occur without trial-and-error. It is OK to fail,
    but fail fast and fail small. Always celebrate
    success, even the small things.

    background. Creativity does not occur in a
    vacuum. Authorship does not matter.

  • You are always on stage. At all times, your
    responsibility is to the mission of the company.
    You are a public figure and a key spokesperson.
