• The modernisation programme of residential and
  day care services for older people in Croydon
• Replacing 6 residential care homes, with 3 new
  build resource centres and one extra care
  sheltered housing development
• PFI Credits 38m. Funded by Central Government.

• A flagship one-stop service for dementia
• suffers and their carers.
• 60 place resource centre for care of older
• people with mental health needs
• A 16 place Early Onset Dementia Support

• mentally frail older people living at home
• Central Croydon Community Health Team
• for Older Adults
• Croydon Memory Service

• A 50 place resource centre for care of
  physically frail older people, incorporating a 36
  place day centre.

• 32 one bed flats and 8 two bed flats together
  with small cluster communal lounges and
