• In order to select a topic you
• Click to the right of the prefix.
• Click on the letters in the name of it.
• Click to the left of the prefix.
• Just point your mouse at it.

• Adds a topic at a subordinate level to the one
  selected.
• Adds a topic at any level relative to the one
  selected.
• Adds a topic at the same level as the one
  selected.
• Adds only topics at the top (highest) level.
