is Italian for good day. Did you know that Italy
was the winner of the last Fifa world cup? You
are about to learn a bunch of facts about soccer
that you might have never known before. After
that, youll be tested on what you learned. Good
luck and try not to be pulled out of the game!

Playing Soccer

• When you kick a soccer ball, you kick it with the
  inlet of your foot, the laces, or the outside of
  your foot. NEVER THE TOE.
• There are 11 players on the field at a time
• The basic players on the field are the goalie,
  the defense, the mid-fielders and the offense.
• The offense men and the mid-fielders are the
  players that score the goals.
• The defenders, mid-fielders, and the goalie are
  the players that block the goals.

• Some famous soccer players are

• David Beckham is famous for being hot and hes
  pretty good at soccer but being hot is more
  important.
• Ronaldinho plays for Brazil and won bronze in the
  2008 Beijing Olympics. Megan likes his dreadlocks
  but his teeth need some work.

• Some more famous soccer players are

• Christiano Ronaldo is mega fab at soccer and also
  in the looks department. He plays for Manchester
  United (boo- go Tottenham!) When I am famous I
  will thank him in my speeches to under-privileged
  countries. He was the second-highest scorer in
  the Fifa World Cup Qualification with 7 goals.

• Peter Crouch is 6 feet 7 inches. He plays for
  Liverpool and in the Fifa World Cup 2006 he did
  this amazing bicycle kick thingamabob and some
  people even made watches out of it. Picture is
