Abdominal Workouts
  • Abdominal Crunch- lay flat on the floor, knees

    and lift shoulder blades off ground.
  • V- Ups - lay flat on floor, feet out, bring feet
    straight up outstretch arms to reach
    feet.
  • Leg Lifts - lay flat on the floor, extend legs,
    lift legs off ground 6 inches without bending
    knees.
  • Bicycle- lay flat on the ground and pretend to
    pedal a bike.
  • The Plank- hold body off the ground with hands,
    keep body flat and sustain position.
  • Oblique Sit Up- lay flat on the floor, knees
    bent, feet flat on
    floor, hands behind head, bring head towards
    knees.
