  CYP with severe mental illness

• Develop with AMH and none mental health services

  parents
• Family services for parents with LD.

• Redevelopment of Croydon CAMHS
• Refurbishment of Acorn Lodge and Snowsfield
• Additional space for Lambeth CAMHS
• Additional Southwark CAMHS
• New in-patient units for PICU, Girls Secure and
  Learning disabilities

Organisational Changes - 2005 - 2011

• Clinical staff and managers will work across
  organisational boundaries
• Strong performance management and assurance
  systems to meet Foundation Trust performance
  indicators and a range of partnership scrutiny
  inspections within the Childrens Trust
  developments
• PCT commissioner - provider split will impact on
  child health services - would SLAM consider
  managing health services other than mental health
