• We must obey God.
• We must Follow the Rules.
• Three things will help us
• They are all included in our text today.

• Deuteronomy 62 - that you may fear the LORD your
  God, to keep all His statutes and His
  commandments which I command you, you and your
  son and your grandson, all the days of your life,
  and that your days may be prolonged.

• Fear to be afraid,to respect, revere, stand in
  awe

• Psalm 234a - Yea, though I walk through the
  valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no
  evil

  those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul.
  But rather fear Him who is able to destroy both
  soul and body in hell.

• Deuteronomy 64 - Therefore hear, O Israel, and
  be careful to observe it, that it may be well
  with you, and that you may multiply greatly as
  the LORD God of your fathers has promised youa
  land flowing with milk and honey.

• John 645 - It is written in the prophets, And
  they shall all be taught by God. Therefore
  everyone who has heard and learned from the
  Father comes to Me.
• John 524 - Most assuredly, I say to you, he who
  hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has
  everlasting life, and shall not come into
  judgment, but has passed from death into life.

• Revelation 320 - Behold, I stand at the door and
  knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the
  door, I will come in to him and dine with him,
  and he with Me.
• John 1837c - I have come into the world, that I
  should bear witness to the truth. Everyone who is
  of the truth hears My voice.

• Deuteronomy 65 - You shall love the LORD your
  God with all your heart, with all your soul, and
  with all your strength.

  things, and so also is the Holy Spirit whom God
  has given to those who obey Him.
• 2 Thessalonians 18 - in flaming fire taking
  vengeance on those who do not know God, and on
  those who do not obey the gospel of our Lord
  Jesus Christ.
