Arbiter Registration
  • Profile and Custom Field
  • Fill out name, Address, PPD employee , age, and
    number of years of reffing
  • Interested in House and/or AR Yes
  • We will assign based on seniority, age
    appropriateness, and referee duty
  • Tournament is a reward for those who have reffed
    throughout the year, generic time assignments for
    shootout assistance, and fill in slots

This is a Job Speech
  • You must show up on time
  • 15 minutes before the start of the game
  • You must have the proper equipment
  • pen, cards, whistle, stop watch, flags
  • You must wear the proper attire
  • Yellow ref shirt, black shorts or sweats
  • Socks pulled up!!
  • For this, you are paid extremely well

Assignments
  • All assignments are done in Arbiter.
  • www.arbitersports.com
  • House assignments pre-assigned, then remainder
    are put on self-assign.
  • Travel AR assignments are almost all
    self-assign.
  • Travel Centers are mostly pre-assigned. Paid by
    the leagues NOT the PPD.

  • Know how to communicate with them
  • Know your flag signals

  • Process your timesheets every two weeks
  • Know your Park District Employee Number and put
    it on your timesheet
