• Establishment of the Customs Modernization and
  Revised Kyoto Convention Management Team
• Assistance needed for the following tasks
• Advocacy with the appropriate Senate committees
  for the Senate ratification of the instrument of
  accession
• Drafting of a bill providing for a new Tariff and
  Customs Modernization Act superseding the current
  the Tariff and Customs Code of the Philippines
  and aligning its provisions with the Revised
  Kyoto Convention and other international legal
  standards and worlds best practices
• Drafting of the Customs Manual of Procedures
  which will codify, systematize and align all
  customs regulations and procedures with the
  standards and recommended practices of the
  Revised Kyoto Convention and other international
  legal standards and worlds best practices
• Advocacy with both houses of Congress for the
  filing and passage of the said bill into law
  and
• The development and installation of systems, with
  manpower training and change management that will
  enable a smooth transition to RKC consistent
  systems and other international legal standards
  and worlds best practices.

  Economic Operator (AEO) program under the WCO
  SAFE Framework of Standards.
