- Welfare and Institution Code (WIC) Section 11477
changed the rules for assignment of support
rights as a condition for aid eligibility. - 2005 FDRA Section 7301.1 amended WIC Section
11477.

SAT access (Add or modify user access). Contact your local administrator. To identify the appropriate staff, access the Admin hyperlink in the SAT. Click on View Users link to see a list of your county users with the Admin security.
