General maintenance is our core responsibility.
Items included within this scope are

• Utility infrastructure Water, sewer,
  electrical, chilled water, and fire systems.
• Building Structure Roofs, ceilings, walls,
  floors, doors, windows and many more.
• Building systems Pumps, large motors,
  lighting, generators, plumbing fixtures, water
  coolers, hardware, switch gear, elevators,
  clocks, chimes, fire enunciators, security system
  (locks, cores, keys, records)
• Vehicle/Equipment fleet Trucks, vans, cars,
  mowers, edgers, blowers, spreaders, tractors,
  backhoe, skid steer, portable compressors

As part of our maintenance core we perform
Preventive Maintenance.

• We perform PMs on emergency generators,
  backflow preventers, vehicles, pumps, motors

Project work is on going and ranges greatly in
cost, scope, and complexity.

Projects

• We actively complete monthly projects like
  space renovations here at Facilities to generator
  installation projects such as the one at Jones
  Jagger.

• We manage contractors who maintain our
  elevators, replace/repair roofs, and work in any
  number of disciplines related to our facilities.

• We provide consultation in the form of vendor
  recommendation, budget structure, and repair
  recommendations.
• We also provide direct support with locks keys
  and fire system response at some locations.

• Elevator contract management.
• Security through lock, key, and records
